Halloween is just around the corner! You’re probably busy perfecting your costume, decorating your home, or getting all those treats ready for the many trick-or-treaters who will be visiting your home this year. Of course, all of that preparing can leave you feeling pretty hungry!

If you want to scare up some frighteningly good food to enjoy this Halloween, check out our 6 spooky-sounding (but delicious!) sushi rolls:

Spider Roll – This maki might sound scary, but it will make your taste buds scream for more! Made with tempura-fried soft shell crab, cucumber, avocado, yama gobo, and fresh kaiware sprouts, our spider roll is topped with masago, chili aioli, and sweet soy reduction for your palate’s pleasure.

Serpent Roll – The serpent is nothing to fear at Baiku! This slippery, sumptuous delight is made of shrimp tempura and cucumber, all topped with eel, avocado, scallions, and a sweet soy reduction. Once you have a taste of our Serpent roll, you’ll be tempted to come back for more!

Godzilla Roll – No need to run for your life when our Godzilla roll is on the loose! Made out of delicate snow crab, smoked salmon, bold and rich unagi, masago, and cream cheese, this tempura-fried creation is one monster of a treat.

Kamikaze Roll – Delicately made and designed to delight, our Kamikaze roll is a true delicacy to savor. Spicy tuna, asparagus, and pleasantly crunchy yet sweet yama gobo are the main players in this roll, but the toppings of albacore tuna, ginger garlic ponzu, and scallions make this a roll you don’t want to miss out on!

Red Dragon Roll – Turn up the scare factor without losing any flavor with our spicy Red Dragon roll! A modern take on the traditional roll, our Red Dragon features shrimp tempura, refreshing cucumber, and avocado and is topped with spicy tuna, chili mayo, sweet soy reduction, scallions, red tobiko, and a spicy champagne wasabi sauce.

Green Dragon Roll – Think green this Halloween and dive right in to our Green Dragon roll, which features cucumber, avocado, tender enoki mushrooms, and yama gobo. We top this delicious favorite with avocado, toasted garlic soy, chive oil, scallions, jalapeños, and delicate kaiware sprouts.

Be sure to stop by and savor these rolls and more at Baiku Sushi Lounge this Halloween or on any other day of the year! Your taste buds will be in for a real treat. Check out our menu for more options by visiting us at www.baikustl.com.
